I ordered two pairs of Mary Jane Ballet Flats in gray and red. Before placing my order, I read the customer reviews and noticed that many people mentioned the sizing runs large. For example, several reviewers recommended ordering one size down, so I ordered both pairs in Size 6 even though I normall...y wear a Size 7. They fit perfectly. The quality isn't the best, but it's good enough for the season, and they're very easy to pair with different outfits. I would recommend these shoes.
Size down, i bough it in 9 which is my usual size and they fit like 10 and it's final sale so... i'm very dissappointed !

oldnavy.gap.comWow, I am very happy with my purchase. This is the first time I bought shoes from Old Navy. They are true to size. I bought both black and brown pair in size 8. Size 8 is my normal size but sometimes I size up 1/2 size for comfort. These fit perfectly and I can even wiggle my toes a little. They are comfortable but I always wear liners with my shoes. Another tip for ladies that blister easy like I do, try anti chafing cream. The lining in the shoe is some type of cloth material, which would wreak havoc without a liner and chafing cream.

oldnavy.gap.comI normally avoid any type of flats because blisters are inevitable, but these are the only ones I've ever worn that were comfortable right off the bat! No breaking in needed - plus they were in my favorite color. Also, I'm usually a size 6.5-7 but the only size available in my store was 6. That just happened to be the perfect size for me, so keep that in mind.
