These pants are perfect for summer. The linen-blend fabric is lightweight, breathable, and very comfortable in warm weather. The high-waisted design is flattering, and the wide-leg style makes them feel airy and relaxed throughout the day. They are also very easy to style. They work great as part of... a simple capsule outfit pairing perfectly with the Linen-Blend Loose Button-Down Shirt or the Short-Sleeve Crinkle Gauze Popover Top. Together they create an effortless, comfortable summer look that can be dressed up or down. Comfortable, stylish, and versatile a great addition to a summer wardrobe.
I wanted to love these pants, I don't like wearing shorts so a lightweight pair of pants for the summer seemed like a great idea and I've been on the hunt for a pair of black gingham pants, great! But once I received this pants I knew they wouldn't work. They are so short. I know they're meant to be... ankle pants but they barely come to mid calf. I thought about letting out the hem to make them a little longer and adding some lace but they're just so itchy. I know linen softens as you wear and wash but I couldn't have these on my body for more than a minute and I worry that even after washing they'd still be uncomfortable. They're a great price but just not worth it unless you have very short legs and are not sensitive to the way textiles feel.

First, I love linen. It's nice and cool when it's warm and still looks class. Don't worry about the wrinkles unless you hang to dry. These are a crop length making them a little more summery. Linen is nice and soft. These are a summer basic for me and so glad to see them return to Old Navy!
