I was so excited to get these, but they're too baggy for my small frame. Im 5'2", 126lbs, and got 4R. The high waist is great and comfy, and the tie belt gives it a cool look, but the leg part was really large and dwarfed me. And though it's a reg length, it just touched the floor. The jean itsel...f is quite lightweight so would work in summer. Still a great jean, I just didn't look good in it.
Ordered first in the regular length and they were at my ankles. Reordered in the tall and they were very long and the back pockets were sewn on unevenly and the belt was missing. Both are going back.

oldnavy.gap.comThese jeans are super comfortable. They're baggy and flowy, but at the same time are tailored enough at the top where I don't feel like I'm wearing a tent. They're flattering. They're also lightweight, so I don't think they'll be too hot during the summer. I ordered in my regular size. Sometimes I'm between a regular and a tall (5'7" but leggy). The tall fit perfectly.
