Denim on lighter side but still denim. Tried on in store and unfortunately M reg was too short (5'9"). Came online but talls are sold out in M. I would even try a small tall as the fabric is going to stretch quite a bit. For reference I usually wear 12 in jeans at ON.
I bought these pants and they ripped within a couple of hours of putting them on. The actual fabric ripped where it meant the pocket it almost seemed like the fabric wasn't strong enough for that kind of seam. I bought them again because they're super cute and they didn't fully rip but the same thi...ng was gonna happen so I'm returning them.

These are so comfy and light! I'm usually size S in ON and got thse in S. I could've sized down to an XS and they would've been fine too, but I like the looser baggy style in the S. Love the gathered ankle too. I'm 5'4" and they hi perfectly at the ankle.
