I did try to size down from my usual large to a medium as suggested in many of these comments. While they went on and definitely looked great in the butt, the pockets bulged out on the sides and they felt tight when sitting down. I went with my normal large and the fit is perfect, however; my but...t doesn't look as nice. They do still look nice and they are very comfy.
Feels like I'm wearing a plastic bag. The material feels very hot and stuffy.

I love that they're a little longer! The lace detail is so cute. I didn't expect them to be a "swishy" material but I actually like it - The material seems thicker and durable like it will last a long time.
