I bought a medium dress in purple, it is so airy and non constrictive on my body. The dresses are oversized and the top is not lined (you could sew in pads or use silicone breast covers) but it works well in the hot Texas weather. I am 164 lbs and 5'7 (dress comes to my ankles) and in my 3rd trimester and it fits comfortably and I will be wearing it postpartum as well ! Love it!
