These are extremely comfortable, but if you are wearing pants over the underwear and need to pee to you may need to pull down the pants. It has a fly opening, but the design may be somewhat restricting access but it does keep parts tucked nicely. I didn't see it as a design flaw for me, but I'm sure... there would be some men that find it annoying if they are standing at a urinal sink.

These are great. The only issue I ran into is the item was marked on sale and rang up full price. I love an hour away and the store manager said they call only adjust price in person.
