My daughter is 13 and a little on the shorter side for her age. She likes more of the adult clothes but they don't fit her, they are too big and long on her. This skirt is just the perfect thing for her, it's her style and it fits. Personally I think target should have a juniors section for that wei...rd stage where kids don't really fit into the kids section and they have the style of adults but they fit right into the juniors clothes because i remember when my other daughter was having this problem where everything she tried on from the kids section just didn't fit right and she didn't find what she needed but the adult section clothes she tried on were just too big.
This skort was huge. I bought the size 8 but it fit my daughter like a 12/14. It almost looks like they tagged it wrong. I didn't try it on but I'm pretty confident that I could fit it. Super disappointed because this was the one thing my daughter actually asked for.
